Chicken & Sausage Gumbo

Instructions:

Step 1 Slice sausage into 1/2 in. pieces.

Step 2 Debone the rotisserie chicken and put aside. 

Step 3 Pour can of Blue Runner Creole Gumbo Base into pot, add sausage and bring to a boil for five minutes, then add chicken.

Step 4 Boil until gumbo is desired thickness.

Step 5 Serve over rice. 

Ingredients:

  • 1 rotisserie chicken
  • 1 lb. smoked sausage
  • 1 – 25 oz. can of Blue Runner Creole Gumbo Base
  • 6 servings of rice
