Blue Runner Stop Wishin Go Fishin 2012 Sweepstakes Official Rules

1. No purchase necessary. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning.

2. Prizes are non-transferable.

3. There are two ways to enter the sweepstakes: A) Access www.bluerunnerfoods.com during the promotion period beginning at 12:00:01 a.m. CST on TBA. Complete the official online entry form (name, address, daytime phone number, email address and date of birth) and click submit. Entry must be received by TBA; or B) Print your name, address, daytime phone number, email address and date of birth on an official entry form or on a 3” x 5” card and mail to: Stop Wishin Go FishinSweepstakes Entries, P.O. Box 207, Gonzales, LA 70707. Entries must be postmarked by TBA and received by TBA. Prize drawings will be held onTBA. Odds of winning are based on the total number of entries received.

4. Limit one entry per person regardless of method of entry. No photocopied or mechanically reproduced entries will be accepted. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, damaged, illegible, incomplete, misrouted or postage-due entries/mail, which will be disqualified, or for printing errors in the entry form or rules. All entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned. Any attempt to enter by any other method is void.

5. Sweepstakes is open to legal residents residing in the United States of who are at least 18 years of age or older at time of entry. Winners are subject to investigation and may be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility and a release. Entry into sweepstakes constitutes permission to use the name and likeness of prize winner for advertising/ publicity purposes without additional compensation.

6. The prizes are as follows. One (1) Grand Prize: A 2-day/3-night trip for winner and one (3) guest to participate in a three (3) day Faux Pas Lodge Saltwater Fishing Tournament with Team Blue Runner. Trip includes 1-day offshore fishing trip on Team Blue Runner Triton 35CC, 1-day inshore fishing trip on Team Blue Runner Triton 24CC, and three (3) nightsʼ double-occupancy hotel accommodations in Venice, LA. Prize does not include meals, gratuities, taxes or incidental expenses. One (1) Second Prize: A 1- day trip for winner and one (1) guest to participate in a one (1) day Trout/Redfish Fishing Trip in Louisiana. In the event the Faux Pas fishing tournament is postponed, delayed or cancelled for any reason outside the control of the Sponsor, Sponsor shall have no further obligation. Second Place Prizes: 25 Second Place Prizes will be awarded. Each Winner will receive Team Blue Runner T-Shirt. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prize with similar prize of equal or greater value due to prize unavailability. No prize substitutions or cash redemptions except as provided herein. Federal, state and local taxes on prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.

7. Blue Runner Foods will be the final judge of winners and its decisions are final. Winners agree that Blue Runner Foods, its agencies and affiliates shall have no liability in connection with acceptance or use of the prizes awarded herein. Sweepstakes is not open to employees and their immediate families (parents, spouse, children, siblings, grandparents, stepparents, stepchildren and stepsiblings) of Blue Runner Foods, its agencies and affiliates.
